The task was to read one of the following quotations and prepare an explanation of what

you think it means to share with the class with my partner (Akmal)

Our paraphrasing of the quote from above: Effective leadership demands the development of great communication abilities. To convey a sense of urgency and zeal to others, the leader must be able to impart knowledge and ideas. Having a message doesn't even matter if a leader can't communicate it clearly and inspire people to take action.

My reaction for the paragraph on communication

I will say that not being able to communicate well is very big problem. On a day to day basis, millions of dollars are being transacted through networking and businesses and the only way that you will make more clients or business is if you are able to present yourself with clear communication. Misleading information can be presented if the presenter is not communicating well to the audience. Also, we should always think and plan what to say before saying it as it will help us to build our thoughts and not smoke whatever we want.
